[Normally, waking up to a small elf staring at you with unblinking eyes wouldn't freak out someone...but this morning, that someone was Crona, and seeing anything that was not in his room when he fell to sleep is creepy enough. But that loud, LOUD scream that could get anyone's attention comes from when the thing makes a point to start talking.

Dolls suddenly appearing in his room is one thing, but when it starts talking, then comes closer, it takes Crona all but a few seconds to completely lose it. He promptly falls backwards out of his bed, and right on his wings. (With a pained, but less annoying scream) But it doesn't take long for the little elf to find him...so the journal might catch a few bumps and 'ow's' as he escapes under his bed, and towards the door with his journal in hand.

Throughout the day it is his goal to lose the creepy little thing that's following him. And he is still at the same level of freaked out as he was when he first woke up.]

Please leave me alone! I don't know how to deal with something like you following me! I haven't done anything bad since I got here, so please go away!

[His rantings about being followed will go on thrughout the day. Though he is easy to find...wondering around the town, trying to lose the little creepy elf in his white clothes, and without shoes. Anyone can find Crona yelling at the elf, running, screaming, or later in the day, with his ears and eyes covered in a corner once he's given up.]

[That's...a little better. Now he's only freaking out over the elf.]

It's scary...and it won't stop following me.

You. You mean the elf? But... They're so friendly?

[Aang's elf gave a serene smile and piped in, "'Tis the season!".]

[Don't mind him jumping a bit at the sound of the elf's voice.]

N-no...they're scary. It even chased me out of my room.

[Crona's elf just shakes it's head innocently.]

What? Did it try to hurt you?

...I don't know. I just ran away.

Well, he's right here! And I don't think he wants to hurt you. [He turns to face Crona's elef.] Do you?

But it's still scary!

[Nope. Not even bothering to look over at the elf shaking it's head again.]

You don't have to be afraid of what won't hurt you. And y'know, if you're nice to your guy, you can get a neat present! That's what I hear.

I know it won't hurt me, but it's scary...and I told it was being good.

[Mordecai the elf chose to pipe in. "Actions speak louder than words!"]

I guess they... wanna make sure. But it's not right for him to follow you if you don't want him to.

They should look like normal people...

[Then he would just be creeped out. But Crona's elf pipes in with a "But then we wouldn't be elves!"]

Your elf raises a good point. No matter what someone looks like, you should accept them for who they are.

[And Mordecai the elf just gives a supportive nod.]

...But the people that looked different back home were always scary..

Really? But these guys aren't from your home. They're from Santa.

And I only know a little bit about Santa...so they're still scary.

I don't know much about him either, but the things I do know are really nice!

He gives everyone presents. Everyone ever! Who's nice.

..How? There's a lot of people.

He's magic, I guess. [But then, after looking at the elves.] Well if he's got an elf for everyone, maybe they help too. They just wanna make sure you get the best present, I think!

But I don't want anything.

Really? Not even toys or clothing? A pet? New clothes? A musical instrument? Friendship bracelets? A pretty picture? Something you can ride? [For a monk, that's a fairly materialistic list there, Aang.]

...No. The only thing I really want is for Ragnarok to stop hurting my head.
