Fourth Drop ❂ Action / Accidental Voice

[Normally, waking up to a small elf staring at you with unblinking eyes wouldn't freak out someone...but this morning, that someone was Crona, and seeing anything that was not in his room when he fell to sleep is creepy enough. But that loud, LOUD scream that could get anyone's attention comes from when the thing makes a point to start talking.

Dolls suddenly appearing in his room is one thing, but when it starts talking, then comes closer, it takes Crona all but a few seconds to completely lose it. He promptly falls backwards out of his bed, and right on his wings. (With a pained, but less annoying scream) But it doesn't take long for the little elf to find him...so the journal might catch a few bumps and 'ow's' as he escapes under his bed, and towards the door with his journal in hand.


Throughout the day it is his goal to lose the creepy little thing that's following him. And he is still at the same level of freaked out as he was when he first woke up.]


Please leave me alone! I don't know how to deal with something like you following me! I haven't done anything bad since I got here, so please go away!


[His rantings about being followed will go on thrughout the day. Though he is easy to find...wondering around the town, trying to lose the little creepy elf in his white clothes, and without shoes. Anyone can find Crona yelling at the elf, running, screaming, or later in the day, with his ears and eyes covered in a corner once he's given up.]

Why don't we do something together, so it doesn't seem so scary?

Well, Mr. Crona's Elf, what kinds of things do you want done?

[Give it a moment, and it blurts out 'SNOWMEN!!']

...What are those?

[shamelessness]

I know those! [She claps her hands together enthusiastically.]

It's when you roll up balls of snow and then put them on top of each other to make a person!

[mybloodisblack]

How do you roll up snow?

[Snow confuses him, obviously..]

[shamelessness]

Like... I'll show you!

[Quickly she drops to her knees, and begins to gather snow toward her. Once she has a decent pile Shiemi packs it into a ball. After that she pushes it forward a bit, and it picks up the snow that sticks to it.]

[Crona will just look confused. He gets it, but it seems like a strange thing to do.]

And you make three of them. The biggest one is the bottom, the next biggest is in the middle, and the smallest goes on top. Then you give it eyes and a nose and a smile. That makes a snowman.

That sounds easy.

[shamelessness]

Yes, it's not hard at all. And it's fun to do it with a friend. Why don't you make the middle one, and I'll make this bigger.

Okay.

[He'll try. Though by how hard it is for him to make a snowball, it's painfully obvious he's never done something like this before.]

[shamelessness]

[He's having trouble? Shiemi watches him for a moment before approaching him.]

When you start you want to cup your hands like you're holding water, and then scoop up the snow. After that you press the snow together, and smooth it into a ball. [Shiemi cups her hands like so to demonstrate.]

[He'll follow her instructions...though the end result still looks a bit odd.]

This is hard...

It's okay, I think you did good. Just roll it around in the snow now. It'll pick up the snow and get bigger!

[Shiemi genuinely thinks it looks fine. It's not like she did much snowman making in her youth, so it all looks great.]

Alright. [It'll only take him a few tries until he starts to get it bigger. Then he looks a bit proud of himself.]

[shamelessness]

You're doing so well, Crona!

[It's getting a little hard to roll her really big one, so she'll top it off by just rolling toward him. When she's there she smiles.]

I'm having a lot of fun, are you?

[mybloodisblack]

Yeah. I am.

[He'll...try and smile. His smiles are awkward since he doesn't smile often.]

[shamelessness]

That's really great. When you're done the middle I can help you put it on his bottom? I'll start making the head.

[She'll wait for his response, and notice that tiny little upturn to his lips. Shiemi is always happy when she can make someone smile.]

[Since you're making the other piece, and he's almost done. And he's stronger than he looks.
