[It's pure luck that Crona got dropped off in the village, but his luck ran out when it came to where he had been dropped off. Yep, he has the bad luck of being set down on a random roof. At first he tries his best not to panic, but after walking around on the roof for a few minutes, the tears were showing. He was really trying not to cry, because Ragnarok picks on him whenever he does...but for some reason, Ragnarok is being quiet. And it's very okay with Crona. He wouldn't be able to deal with his situation.]

He was lost, cold, and stuck on a roof! And eventually he can't stand it anymore, and will give a soft "Uhm.." to anyone that passes by, but speaking so softly, it's quite possible that he can't be heard. Then so many times of trying, he decides it's best to just talk to himself...mostly, but his journal has been on since he woke up.]

W-what am I supposed to do..? I c-can't get down...I wouldn't be able to deal with getting hurt...a-and it's a long way down.

Nobody can even hear me...and I'm really cold..

[Crona is pretty easily distracted.]

[So is Crow. They could end up being here a while. His wings give a little flap of movement as he grins.]

[Sadly, while he's easily distracted, he's still not a big talker.]

Well of course it is--if a name's too long and complicated to say, no one's gonna be able to remember it.

Then what do people with long names do?

Then they should get a new name or figure out a way to shorten their name to something easier to say and remember.

...What if they can't?

Huh? Why wouldn't they be able to? It can't be that hard to change it or shorten it...

Has anyone told you that you're kinda gloomy to talk to? [And that totally can't be because he's a lost kid on a freezing roof, right...]

I just don't know what to say...

[He's only used to talk to Ragnarok, and he's not talking, so Crona's lost.]

Just say whatever you want that comes to mind--that's what I do.

But...I get in trouble if I do that.

[eyerolls a little] Who said you had to be good at it? Just say whatever comes to mind that you wanna say, it's not so hard that even a human like you can't do that...

[Except, he's not completely human.] But all I want is to be on the ground..

[Well Crow doesn't know that, so as far as he can tell, you're just some human kid.]

If you wanna be on the ground so badly, why don't you just jump or climb back down?

[And Crow pushes himself off the edge of the roof, where by the grace of God he somehow lands on his feet below. And then he's jumped onto a nearby box before jumping back up onto the roof again to rejoin Crona.] See, it's easy!

[For Crow maybe but Crona could break his legs doing that so that's probably not a good idea...]

[Well, at the very least he is impressed.]

I-I can't do that.

Well you can't know that until you try...then again... [Looking Crona up and down] A lot of humans are kinda weak and you do look too small for doing something like that on your own...

But if I try, I'll get hurt. [And he really doesn't look like he could jump very much at all.]
