[Today Crona is trying to be normal, and take the advice of a few people. And it looks like he's going to say something for the first few moments....but then he takes a deep breath, and just stares at the book, not even realizing that the video function is on. He's really trying hard to say what he means...He does that a few more times, with his eyes going everywhere, until he takes one last smal breath before he starts talking pretty fast.]

I was told that a lot of people have hobbies here...And I was wondering if...if I could learn some. Any ones would be nice.

[And it cuts off rather quickly. He's never had to ask people something like that, and he doesn't have any way to deal with it.

Though a little later when he's not so freaked out when people start talking to him, he's finally doing the last thing on his list...Taking out Ragnarok at the edge of the village. Crona doesn't want to go inside, so it is really going to b e the best Ragnarok will get.

Crona can be found there, holding a long sword in an awkward mannor. Probably in a position that would leave cuts on anybody else. He lets the sword yell and complain about everything, which is much less painful than in his head, and anybody that approaches crona will be on high alert, and shushing the sword so everything looks...relatively normal...or partly. The sword does have a large mouth on it....

This is Crona's normal day.

[Okay, now you've officially lost him, Crona.]

In your... blood...? [The confusion in Robert's voice is so palpable you can almost feel it.] H-How, exactly...?

...Like... [Well Crona will just show him. He'll slice one of his fingers with the sword, and let a few drops land on the floor. And a few moments later they form a spike pointed right at Robert.]

[This is so unexpected that Robert's completely taken aback, poised somewhere between trying to stop him and just staring - but when the blood solidifies into a physical object, he can't help but be completely and totally blown away.]

...

... [Some insane part of him wants to touch this spike, or look at it under his microscope to see what it is. The rest is more than a little nervous.]

And... a-all your blood... could spontaneously solidify at... any m-moment...?

[That's a pretty normal reaction, and one Crona expected too. And since it's made it's point, it goes completely liquid again, only a few drops on the ground.

He also might notice that Crona's finger is no longer bleeding as well.]

Yes...it's usually used to stop anything from going deeper than my skin.

Is it... a r-reflex you control? [Half to himself:] Protein matrices...? P-Perhaps a coagulating agent...? Or perhaps alternative biochemistry...

[Maybe he seems too excited about this, even if he's still genuinely worried about the health of the little being in front of him. Surely it can't be healthy for one's organs if one's blood can solidify at any moment!]

[All of that is very, very confusing. And it takes him a few moments to figure out what to even say.]

...Ragnarok does it. He says he only does that so I won't die, because if I do, so does he.

[Crona has never even thought how it has effected his body...maybe that's why he's so skinny, and can bend in weird ways...]

... Ah... a s-symbiotic partnership. [He nods, as if understanding this, at least in part.]

Is the... s-sword part of Ragnarok's body... a separate e-entity? Or... is there a connection? [He knows magical physics are common in other universes, but he still has trouble thinking of them before any other explanation.]

[He's never had to think of all this...and it's kinda hard to word it right...]

Back home he can come out...of my back, and has a sort of human form...the sword is the only time he's not completely attached to me, but he always has control over my blood...

What a f-fascinating circumstance... and you are n-not suffering any discomfort as a result...?

[It just seems like it would be unusual for this to happen to a hominid. However, looks can be deceiving - many hominids are much different from Terran Homo sapiens sapiens, Robert has found.]

Only when Ragnarok beats me up...

[Which can't happen here, so he's a little happy about that.]

[~~This introduction is becoming very interesting.~~]

... Wh-what... why? Why would he... d-do such a thing...?

Because he doesn't like me..

[Still disbelieving:] But he... c-coexists with you... how is it p-possible...? [Moreover, why would it make any sense? It's exactly counter-intuitive to any sort of sustainable symbiosis.]

Because we're just...different. Just because he's in me doesn't mean he has to like me.

[This stops Robert cold for a moment, and he falls silent, an introspective sort of quiet that takes his gaze to the floor.

Finally:] ... I suppose. But... even s-so. Nobody deserves to... be h-harmed...

[He feels a sort of kinship with this pink-haired individual; small and slight and not very strong, and often at the mercy of a greater protector.]

...I don't think there's anything I could do about him being mean.

[Honestly, he's so used to it, being here is kind of weird. Ragnarok can't come out and do anything to him. All he can do is yell in Crona's head.]

[It's better than being hurt, but it still seems unnecessary - like it shouldn't happen.]

I... a-assume that he will not... listen to r-reason...? [Robert says it in a resigned way - most people like this won't.]

No- [Oh why don't you see for yourself...

Ragnarok, the sword, will be biting his arm. He is both bored, and annoyed, that they are talking about him, and him being out of the conversation.

And Crona's reaction is pretty big. He can slice his arm right open, but this? This is enough to get him to scream and wave his arm around.

Good answer?]

[All of a sudden Crona is in visible pain and Robert honestly doesn't know how to react for a second. Then his doctor-engrained knowledge starts to kick in, and he tries to stabilize Crona's arm, attempting to both dislodge the testy, toothed sword and prevent Crona doing further damage to his skin from the sword's jaws (?).

It's possible neither of these things work, but either way Robert isn't going to take this well.]

[Sadly stoping Crona from movingis much harder than one might think. He's much stronger than he looks.

Eventually though he shakes the sword lose, and just holds where he was bitten with his other hand. It suddenly has become unimportant. But all of his attention is on the sword. And a bit on Robert. (He's only a big embarrassed...)

Ragnarok, if you wanted to say something, just ask! It's not nice to do that in front of other people.
