[The voice you hear over the journals is quiet, and slow.. Quiet enough that it almost sounds like he doesn't want to be heard, and slow enough that it sounds like he doen't even want an answer. But, curious enough that he wants answers.]

I have...two questions...

...How do people make friends? A-and how does someone not scare people away if they are just telling the truth?


[Once that is done and over with, Crona places his journal facing away from him. He's not sure if he wants the answers. But for the first time, he can be seen sitting in plain view of anybody out near the middle of the village. It's taken him quiet a while to stop hiding from anything that moves, and he doesn't like being completely alone anymore.

But that doesn't stop him from drawing circles on the ground with a stick. One around him, one around the journal, then other small ones because he has nothing better to do. No actual drawings come out of this, but he is pleased with himself.]

But that's what makes them so special! ...though if you don't care for writing, I can't blame you.

If you've made a few friends though, what's the problem? Are you lonely?

I've never really written a letter.

...I was curious.

Letters are great! You can spend time and collect your thoughts, and it's always exciting to receive them!

You can kind of do that with these books, right?

It would only be a little faster than a letter..

Letters are nice, though...they're more intimate, I think.

I wouldn't know...I've never written one.

Then why don't you give it a try? If you have no one to write it to, you can always write one to me!

But later! When other thoughts come to you, you should write them down! Besides, sometimes it's easier to express yourself in writing.

But I thought that was with talking. [Letters are just words...and don't tempt him with writing. It's too depressing..]

Eheheh...[Chizuru nervously giggles.] Maybe it's just me, then. I find expressing myself in writing to be a bit easier, but everyone's different right?
