[Today Crona is trying to be normal, and take the advice of a few people. And it looks like he's going to say something for the first few moments....but then he takes a deep breath, and just stares at the book, not even realizing that the video function is on. He's really trying hard to say what he means...He does that a few more times, with his eyes going everywhere, until he takes one last smal breath before he starts talking pretty fast.]

I was told that a lot of people have hobbies here...And I was wondering if...if I could learn some. Any ones would be nice.

[And it cuts off rather quickly. He's never had to ask people something like that, and he doesn't have any way to deal with it.


Though a little later when he's not so freaked out when people start talking to him, he's finally doing the last thing on his list...Taking out Ragnarok at the edge of the village. Crona doesn't want to go inside, so it is really going to b e the best Ragnarok will get.

Crona can be found there, holding a long sword in an awkward mannor.  Probably in a position that would leave cuts on anybody else. He lets the sword yell and complain about everything, which is much less painful than in his head, and anybody that approaches crona will be on high alert, and shushing the sword so everything looks...relatively normal...or partly. The sword does have a large mouth on it....

This is Crona's normal day.

[The resemblance is uncanny and Rue might scoff if she wasn't so concerned about other things.]

[Whether or not there are any lingering bits of a heart around, Rue has practice dealing with people who operate this way, and right about now it kicks in.]

Go to the library and get a book about hobbies. Do you know where the library is? [Do you know what the library is?]

Some people consider reading as a hobby. [Stories. She keeps a fair distance away from those.] Regardless, you should be able to find something there to pursue.

There's so many kinds of books there though... [He's never had to deal with so many books without looking for one specifically.]

[A sigh. This obviously requires a different touch.]

[Well now he sounds scared of her...]

[Not an uncommon state of affairs.

Rue is going to meet him outside the library.]

[It happens easier with Crona.

Crona will be at the library when she arrives. Standing very awkwardly by the door, staring straight at the ground.]

[He is the only person standing there looking absurd, but it will be safer to ask.]

Are you the boy looking for a hobby?

[And he almost jumps when he hears her talking to him. Some warning please??]

[On the off chance that he is as unresponsive as Mytho, she will reach for his wrist to take him inside.]

...Okay.[He's actually quite used to people pulling him by his wrist to take him places, so she should have no problem do that.]

[They go straight to the section containing books about several things to do, mostly craft activities. Other, more intense hobbies have sections elsewhere. The library here is fairly large, and Rue hasn't spent much time there, but she fakes her competence in the shelves like an expert.]

[Crona will take a minute or two to look at all the books before looking back at her.]

...What if I pick one I'm not good at..?

Then you try another. There are so many, you can never run out.

[Which, for the first time, he seems a bit happy about. This is a good reason to stay inside.]

[Well. That got more of a reaction than she expected. Besides that, she has the oddest feeling associated with helping him. It makes her want to smile, only a little bit.]

[He'll stare at the books for a bit before answering...And it eventually earns a small smile.]

Yes...I won't have to go to school to learn.

[Yep, he would like to learn something other than fighting and killing.]

[The local school seemed quaint but decent enough.]
